Massimo Della Ragione

Massimo Della Ragione is a member of the Board of Directors of Angelini Holding S.p.A.

He graduated with honors from Bocconi University in Finance and Control in 1989 and became a member of the Ordine dei Commercialisti di Milano the following year. He joined Credito Italiano in 1989, working in the Corporate Financial Department.

In 1994 he joined JP Morgan Securities Ltd, where he served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division until 2006. From 2006 to 2021 he was Country Coordinator for Italy at Goldman Sachs International, where he was also a Partner of the Investment Banking Division.

Since 2021 he has been Professor of Practice, Investment Banking, Innovation and Fintech at Bocconi and Head of Digital Tech at Bocconi for Innovation.

In 2022 he founded Innova Park, advising corporates and financial institutions in their Innovation and growth strategy.

Massimo Della Ragione is Chairman of the Board of Intrum Italy Holding, Chairman of Intermonte, Vice Chairman of Prima, and a member of the Board of Directors of Gruppo Lunelli.
