Angelini Industries joins the United Nations Global Compact

In today’s landscape, where sustainability and social responsibility have become fundamental pillars of responsible business, the UN Global Compact stands out as one of the most significant global initiatives. Launched in 2000 as a special initiative of the United Nations Secretary-General, the Global Compact is now the world’s largest corporate sustainability platform, with over 20,000 participating companies across more than 160 countries.

Starting this year, Angelini Industries, through Angelini Holding, is officially part of the UN Global Compact – Network Italy, confirming a concrete commitment and a long-term strategy aimed at ensuring a solid, ethical, transparent, responsible business model that respects both people and the planet.

The initiative represents a public and tangible commitment to implementing responsible business practices, reporting annually on progress through transparent reports, and promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Companies that join the initiative affirm their concrete commitment to aligning their strategies with the Ten Universal Principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, which form the foundation for a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable global economy.
