How we create value for society.
The Angelini Foundation supports solidarity projects and measures in the social, health and culture areas in favor of the communities and areas where the Angelini Industries is present. Completely financed by the business’ profits, the Angelini Foundation takes its inspiration from fundamental and ecumenical values: attention to people, support for the vulnerable, education, respect for everything that surrounds us and for the environment in which we live. Timeless and at the same time extraordinarily modern values inspire our vision of the future.
Working with communities since 2010.
We support small businesses affected by the pandemic.
Supporting small and very small businesses affected by the Covid-19 crisis: this is what ReStart, the Angelini Foundation project launched with the scientific support of the Marche Polytechnic University, in collaboration with trade associations and Confidi (credit guarantee consortia) in the area, aims to do. Set up in 2022 in the Marche region with funding of 2 million euros for more than 1,200 small businesses, it will be extended to other regions where the Angelini Industries Group operates in the future, consistent with one of the Foundation’s core principles: attention to the needs of the local area and its communities.

Italy’s first Care House that provides housing for cancer patients being treated at Ancona’s Ospedali Riuniti.
It is a care service for those who need to perform diagnostic or therapeutic procedures while staying near the hospital. The Care House model is new to our country’s welfare landscape. Designed like a home, it is intended to accommodate 18 people, helping to relieve the public and voluntary structures that currently shoulder the burden of ensuring continued care.

Our contribution to special projects
We make financial contributions to causes and projects that have a positive impact on humanity.
Our support for Covid-19 counter-emergency initiatives
We have supported initiatives to combat the Covid-19 emergency, including financing the diagnostics automation project of the laboratories of Lazzaro Spallanzani Hospital in Rome, a donation dictated by the desire not only to react to the emergency but also to incentivize long-term research.
The Foundation has contributed to the improvement of the emergency and admissions department at the Ospedali Riuniti of Ancona, a hub for the entire Marche Region.
We supplied Hero SOLO brand weaning products to Banco Alimentare (food banks).
In collaboration with MadreNatura, the joint venture with Hero Group that operates in the baby food sector, we promoted a food adoption project for children of weaning age in 2021 with Banco Alimentare Lombardia and Banco Alimentare Abruzzo.
Actions to support the preservation of Italy’s cultural and environmental heritage.
Actions alongside FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano (the Italian National Trust) for the restoration of Villa Gregoriana in Tivoli and Fondazione Istituto Nazionale del Dramma Antico (an Italian cultural foundation) for the reopening of the Greek Theater in Syracuse in the 2021 and 2022 summer seasons go in this direction.
We helped create the largest pediatric palliative care center in Italy.
More recently, the Foundation helped establish the largest pediatric palliative care center in Italy, the only one in central Italy, built by the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital and opened in March 2022.
We currently support UNICEF and the Italian Red Cross as well as other organizations involved in the ongoing humanitarian emergency in Ukraine.
