Digital Escape Room: a new recruitment process to improve the candidate experience

To improve the candidate experience, their engagement and attract them, by using gamification activities, Angelini has added the "digital escape room" challenge to its new graduate recruitment process.

The Escape Room becomes a selection tool, where the candidate mission is to escape a digital room by solving a number of enigma.

Using this immersive experience, that is far from the traditional job interview, allows candidates to apply by playing and show their soft skills.
