Antonio Miani

Member of the Supervisory Board

He was born in Rome in 1966. He graduated in economics with a focus on business economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, where he also carried out research and study as a subject expert for business economics, general accounting and the economics of business groups and combinations with Prof. Leone Barbieri.

He has lectured on the logic and system of quantitative business surveys at La Sapienza University, as well as in business economics at the LUM Jean Monet University of Bari.

He is a certified accountant, and more specifically he is involved in economic and tax consulting, as well as management control for private and public enterprises, corporate compliance, legal auditing and company valuations. Within this field, he drafts opinions for Italian and foreign companies which are leaders in their respective fields, and also serves as a technical advisor in civil and criminal proceedings involving disputes in the same matters.

He is currently the sole auditor for Cattleya S.r.l., an auditor for Technip Energies Italy S.p.A., chairman of CO.GE.PA. S.p.A.’s supervisory board, Director of Ludovisi S.r.l. and chairman of the board of statutory auditors for the non-profit Doppia Difesa Foundation. In addition, he is an auditor for the Supervisory Commission on Professional Football Clubs (Co.Vi.So.C.) of the Italian Football Federation and the Technical Control Commission (Com.Te.C.) of the Italian Basketball Federation. Finally, he is a court-appointed advisor for the Court of Rome, as well as a judicial custodian and sales delegate for the executions in the same court.
