Angelini Industries: closing signed for the acquisition of Fameccanica

The transaction, announced in March, was finally concluded following approval by the Antitrust Authorities.

Angelini Industries acquires 100% of Fameccanica, an international company specializing in automation and robotics for the consumer goods industry, which until now has been an equal joint venture between Angelini Industries and P&G.

Rome, June 1 2022 - The acquisition by Angelini Industries - an Italian multibusiness industrial group operating in 26 countries with 5,700 employees - of 50% of Fameccanica has been finalized with the signing of the closing, following approval by the Antitrust Authorities of Romania, Bulgaria, and Italy. From 1992 until today, Fameccanica has been an equal joint venture between Angelini Industries and the US multinational P&G.
